OVERVIEW
The concept of this advanced course for veterinarians in Diagnostic Ultrasound requires experience in ultrasound. It will focus on SMALL ANIMAL DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND. Comparative Thoracic Imaging; Use of Ultrasound Contrast Medium; Biopsy and FNA techniques
Part II: The Abdomen and Thorax Part II provides more advanced training than in Part I with concentration on the gastrointestinal tract from the liver, pancreas and stomach to the intestines as well as abdominal masses and thoracic disease.
Participants will be given more training in interventional techniques. As well, more time will be concentrated on demonstrating how Doppler ultrasound and the use of contrast medium can enhance the detection of abdominal disease.
Special information for course participants:
Basis of course will be Nyland/Mattoon`s SMALL ANIMAL DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND and is available for purchase from our office or directly online. For further details see the registration form below.
