Physiopathology and clinical consequences
I. Arrhythmias:
- Consequences of supraventricular arrhythmias,
- Hemodynamic changes related to ventricular arrhythmias

II. Chronic Volume Overload (Mitral endocardiosis, PDA, other)
III. Chronic Pressure Overload (Pulmonic stenosis, Aortic stenosis)
IV. Myocardial diseases (Cardiomyopathies)
V. Metabolic heart diseases

Cardiac Imaging I: Echography
I. Systolic dysfunction in cardiac patients
II. Diastolic dysfunction in cardiac patients
III. Pericardial effusion, cardiac tumours and others

Clinical practice
I. Congenital defects, surgical therapy
- Patent Ductus Arteriosus, surgery vs coils
- Pulmonic stenosis
- Aortic stenosis
- Shunts (ASD, VSD, others)
II. Acquired heart diseases
- Canine cardiomyopathies (primary and secondary)
- Feline cardiomyopathies (primary and secondary)

Therapy of the Cardiac Patient
I. Treatment of acute heart failure, emergency procedure
II. Chronic heart failure
